菜籽粕
        产品感官:褐色、黄褐色或金黄色小碎片或粗粉状,有时夹杂小颗粒,色泽均匀一致,无虫蛀、霉变、结块及异味、异臭。
        产品包装:黄色编织袋70kg/袋、50kg/袋
        产品贮存:应放在干燥通风处贮存,严禁与有毒有害物品或其他有污染的物品混合贮存。
        产品介绍:本套装置采用美国皇冠成套工艺,其中预榨车间采用巴西泰克农菜籽低温蒸炒-膨化压榨工艺:先进的卧式蒸炒锅蒸炒温度90-100℃,较传统工艺低10-20℃;预榨采用泰克农开颚式膨化机,榨料出口温度100-105℃。低温工艺较传统高温蒸炒低水分入榨工艺较大地减少菜粕蛋白变性和致癌物苯丙芘的产生。
       浸出车间采用皇冠ⅲ型环形浸出器、蒸脱机及配套先进设备。环形浸出器具备较高的浸出效率和溶剂沥干,湿粕残油及残溶均较低,可以减少在蒸脱时间及蒸汽用量。蒸脱机配套精确控制的料门,可以较方便地进行料层控制,既容易控制成品菜粕残溶低于600ppm,也能够较好的控制蒸脱温度和时间,减少对蛋白的破坏。
        低温蒸炒压榨及可精确控制料层的蒸脱机同时也有利于改善菜粕色泽。
菜籽粕的功能及营养价值:
       菜籽粕的粗蛋白含量36%左右,氨基酸组成较平衡,含硫氨基酸含量高,蛋氨酸、赖氨酸含量也较高,但低于豆粕,且精氨酸含量低。
       菜籽粕的碳水化合物多是不易消化的戊糖,含有8%戊聚糖,粗纤维含量10-12%,因此可利用能量水平低,低于豆粕和花生粕的能量,但高于棉粕。
       菜籽粕的烟酸和胆碱含量高,胡萝卜素、维生素d等含量低;矿物质中钙、磷、硒、锰含量高,但磷含量的60-70%属植酸磷,利用率低。

      产品介绍:棉壳主要是半纤维素及木质素化合物及附着其上的近乎纯的纤维素棉绒纤维。为便于运输及使用而将棉壳做成粒状,可同时进一步降低游离棉酚。粒状的棉壳与散的棉壳相同。由于棉壳中棉酚含量很低,在仅将棉壳用作饲料情况下,从生物化学的角度可将棉壳视为不具有棉酚毒性。
       多项利用菜牛所作的实验,在多种饲料条件下,对比其他粗饲料来源,对棉籽壳能量值进行了估算。饲料价值分别相当于牧场干草及未经切碎的干花生秸的88%和82%。研究者利用高质量粗饲料对饲喂完整玉米时不同草料在营养利用方面的效果进行了评估。所评估的饲料成份比例是:棉籽壳50%,其余42%是玉米,8%是添加剂,他们的研究证实了增加棉籽壳的饲料中淀粉最易消化,有助于对完整玉米的消化,而苜蓿则会阻碍对完整玉米的消化。棉籽壳饲料较预想的多消化18%,而苜蓿则少了7%。经研究证明:饲喂棉籽壳含量高的饲料,可以增加反刍,减少通过消化道的完整玉米量,从而提高对淀粉的消化。
